Features

Branding

All branding options are in Project settings. Changes apply after you click Save.

Display name and description

  • Name is the name you see in the editor.
  • Display name is shown in the header and in the browser tab of the public site. Leave it empty to use the name.
  • Description is a short text about what the project is about. It also helps the Ask AI assistant understand your docs.

Favicon

Upload a favicon to replace the default icon in the browser tab and the project list.

Formats PNG, SVG, ICO
Maximum size 512 KB

Use Remove to go back to the default icon.

Switch on Footer to show your own branding and links at the bottom of every page.

Upload a logo for light mode and one for dark mode. If you upload only one, it is used for both.

Formats PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF, SVG
Maximum size 2 MB

Enter a text such as © {year} My Company. The placeholder {year} is replaced with the current year automatically.

Build link columns for the footer:

  1. Click Add section and give it a title.
  2. Use the + button of a section to add a link.
  3. Enter a title for the link, then either type a web address or search for a page of this project.
  4. Reorder sections and links with the arrow buttons.

You can add up to 6 sections with up to 10 links each. Links can point to web addresses (https://), email addresses (mailto:), phone numbers (tel:) or to pages of your project. Links to pages stay correct when you rename or move the page.

Powered by GitRead

Public pages show a small Powered by GitRead note. If your plan includes it, you can switch Hide Powered by GitRead on in the project settings. See Plans and limits.
